The nation of Sample Nation was created when the ox-drawn wagon of Samuel P. Samples broke both axles. Sammy Samples, not to be outdone by such a minor tragedy, declared the land where he sat to be Sample Nation. He proceeded to put up Posted signs in an ever growing circumfrence until he met someone who told him that part was not his. Samuel soon "owned" 400,000 square acres. Sammy began creating cities, the first and largest of which he named Sample City. The rest is history.

Miscellaneous Information:

The citizens of Sample Nation are mostly dirt farmers or work at the Widget factory or Samples DonutWorkz. A select few descendants of the Sample family are in the oil business. Sample Nation citizens are very fond of pizza and have created such a demand that Pizza Delivery is the largest industry in the nation. The seasons are brutal with 10 months of scorching summer and 2 months of solid monsoon rains. Hunting in the National Parks in a favorite pastime as is fishing in the lake. More to come.
